Launch Event A Great Success

Marking the 38th anniversary of the beginning of Jupiter's Travels on 6th October 1973, the official launch of The Ted Simon Foundation took place last Thursday evening at Coventry Transport Museum. The special event was attended by over 130 guests, some of whom had travelled from Ireland, France, the USA and even as far afield as Chile. Read more

Word Spreads at Horizons Unlimited

The Autumn UK Horizons Unlimited travellers' meeting was held in Somerset this weekend and co-founder Iain Harper gave a short presentation about the Foundation's aims and ethos. He was pleased to have the opportunity to answer questions about how the Committee of Advisors will support Jupiter's Travellers, how the application process works, and what guests can look forward to at the launch event in Coventry Transport Museum on 6th October. Meet Ted Simon in October

Coinciding with the official launch of the Foundation, Ted Simon will be giving a number of book signings and talks at venues in the UK and the USA during October including Bristol, London, Coventry, Dorchester and Swansea in the UK and Cambria in California. Read more

Foundation Launch Announced at Horizons Unlimited

The Ted Simon Foundation featured in the 'Passport' issued to all 600 visitors at the 11th annual UK Horizons Unlimited Travellers' Meeting, which took place near Ripley in Derbyshire from 23rd to 26th June. On Saturday evening, Iain Harper introduced the Foundation and announced the launch event at Coventry Transport Museum on 6th October this year. Read more
